Caledonia, Ontario. Our franchisee, Bonnie Johnson, has successfully completed her second expansion in the last 6 years. The latest expansion is a 50% increase in the retail space in the store. "As our product selection continues to grow we needed more space in order to effectively display the new items" explained Bonnie. Ruffin's has over 10,000 items available for its' customers and the Caledonia store usually has over 2,000 items in stock.

We are pleased to be the largest pet store in the community and Bonnie look forwards to continue to offer her customers the largest pet product selection in the area.

Leamington, Ontario. We are very pleased to announce John Pretli as the new manager of the Ruffin's Pet Centre in Leamington, Ontario. John has an extensive background in the pet industry and started working with pets while still in high school.

John has started to increase the product selection in the store and will order in any of the 10,000 products listed on the Ruffin's product sheets. We invite all of the present and future pet owners in the Leamington area to stop by the store and discuss their pet needs with John personally.

Bedford, Nova Scotia. We are pleased to announce Naved Malim, President of NGM Global Investments Inc., has purchased the Bedford franchise. Naved has started to renovate and expand the store with a completion target date of August 1, 2009.

The updated location will have the largest selection of fresh and salt water fish in Atlantic Canada and will have the most comprehensive pet product line in the region. We invite all of our loyal customers to visit the store during the renovations and welcome Naved personally.
