Our privacy policy was developed in accordance to the "Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act" and applies to the corporate office and each individual franchise operation.

1/ We do not sell our customers information.
 
2/ We do not provide our customer information to any organization outside of Ruffin’s Pet Centre Inc. and/or it’s affiliates.
 
3/ We only collect customers information when we have received their specific consent.
 
4/ We only collect the minimum information necessary to maintain your customer account current and accurate. We only collect information on the products and services acquired to provide necessary advice about your pet(s).
 
5/ We will provide any customer with access to their personal information upon request. We will amend any customers personal information to ensure accuracy upon request. We will destroy any customers information upon receipt of a specific individuals request.
 
6/ We will not present any additional promotional and/or marketing materials to any customer who specifically requests exemption.
 
7/ We will provide any customer with our Privacy Policy upon request.
